My resort fee was also deducted from my final bill. I asked again could I be moved and my request was granted. ![]() ![]() After waiting another half hour, I called customer service again and spoke with a manager. I was offered a complimentary buffet and was assured that housekeeping would arrive in 15 minutes. After waiting an hour, no one arrived and I had to go to the front desk to express my concern in person. I was told that the facility was sold out and that housekeeping would be sent up to deodorize the room and clean the bathroom. I notified Customer Service and asked to be moved. Nine hours later (around 11:40 pm), I returned to my room and it reeked of sewage. The housekeeper was notified and I was assured that the smell would be taken care of. ![]() Upon arrival, my room smelled as if someone had used the restroom and did not flush.
